1. Booking Enquiries & Confirmations

Submitting an enquiry via our Event Booking Form, Table Reservation, or Lodging tags does not constitute a finalized booking or date guarantee. Bookings are only secured once:

• Availability is officially confirmed by our managers via WhatsApp or direct phone call.
• The required booking deposit has been paid and verified under the signed reservation agreement.

2. Pricing, Packages & Taxes

Catering package prices (Silver, Gold, Platinum per plate rates) and room lodging prices shown on this site are indicative of standard layouts. Final prices may vary based on customization requests, seasonal bookings, and applicable government taxes.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation timelines and deposit refund status for marriage hall reservations and room bookings are strictly governed by the written contract signed at the time of deposit payment. Online enquiries are subject to these contract provisions.

4. Rules & Liability

Sri Manjunatha Convention strives to maintain first-class A/C facilities and amenities. However, we are not liable for bookings disrupted by events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, public utility grid failures, or changes in regional regulations). All guests must comply with venue rules regarding decor, noise regulations, and catering guidelines.
